Passive Design
After assessing a project, we put together all the components to achieve a compliant solution and register. It’s crucial that we analyse the building materials and structure, what the current fire resistance ratings are, and the product penetration before developing a unique and tested solution. Each project is different, and there are always unique variables that need to be considered for compliancy, documentation and effectiveness to avoid liability and further costs down the track.
Passive Installation
We only used our own high trained team to install fire protection, a team which we are consistently evaluating and upskilling. As for product, we work with all the major brands available in New Zealand, and we have full access to their data and solutions to determine the best fit-for-purpose. Our method of procurement ensures we only use fresh product that has been stored correctly.
New Commercial Projects
Our experience in new commercial projects of all shapes and sizes means we’re skilled at providing tailored solutions for your unique building project. Pictured is one of the recent commercial projects we installed passive fire proofing for, the new Anzac Fire Station.
Council and Government Projects
We’ve been tasked with designing and installing fire protection for a number of council and government projects, including the recently developed buildings for Christchurch Hospital (pictured).
Retro Auditing
We have the ability to do full passive auditing in existing buildings, to work out what is needed for compliancy and the correct solution when it comes to products and installation. Pictured is one of our recent retro auditing projects, the Waimak District Council Building.
Small Residential Jobs
We’ve worked on installing passive fire protection for residential houses, townhouses and apartments throughout Christchurch and New Zealand.
